August Baseball and Softball Hitting Clinic

Come and get your swing perfected!  This 4 week clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting and bunting.  Our instructors will conduct a detailed inspection of the stance, grip, swing, and approach.  Correct any flaws or problems!  Batting tunnels and training room will be utilized.  A great way to start pre-season training program!

September – November Pitchers Strength/Conditioning Program

This 9 week program will focus on the proper pitching mechanics as well as off season strength and conditioning for the High School athlete.  Our professional instructors will evaluate each pitcher for basic throwing mechanics as well as for flexibility and strength to customize a program for each athlete based on their current status.  Great for the serious athlete to maintain and progress during the off season!  Space is limited, Sign up today!
